Isaac was professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt and fixed my water leak in the wall. In addition to fixing the leak he helped me understand several other plumbing issue we were having. He was very willing to go the extra mile to answer all my questions. I will use James' plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Dominic was quick and detailed on what he did. He was friendly and personable. However the price of $677 for 45 minutes of work (arrived at 8:15 left before 9) is a bit high in my mind.

Failed heat tape on water line to mobile home. Frozen pipes, cold and muddy working conditions.James Plumbing responded to my email request within hours and had a technician there next day. He had it repaired with in a couple of hours! Very reasonable price including new heat tape.
